Last week I brought in our 2014 GLK for a recall on the Takana air bag issue. I stupidly arrived the day before my appt., but TJ the Service Manager kindly squeezed me into the schedule, and also took car Takana air bag issue. He and Maggie provided me a ride home, so that I could return at the end of the work day to pick up the car. And it had been washed! First time service customer - Highly Recommend. This was my first time to use the Service department at Mercedes of Kansas City.
