As in the past, my experience yesterday was exemplary. Had an appointment for routine maintenance which was told would take about an hour .... turned out to be barely 45 minutes ! Yea, no. I was here for 4 hours for a scheduled oil change, windshield wiper replacement, and replacement of an antifreeze cap. There is no way it should have taken that long. Highly disappointed.
