Dropped car off wed for 845 appointment thurs for pickup time of 3pm got there at 306 and car had not been touched....no one called to advise running late....very expensive service dept! I’ve had the pleasure of working with three different Mercedes dealerships during my ownership experience. Although I have yet to purchase from Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City, their service department has Mercedes dealerships during my ownership experience.
