I am giving the 2 stars only because I truly appreciated Ritchie, my salesperson and the the salesmen Max and Josh who had helped me prior. However, I have never witnessed a more poorly managed establishme Ritchie, my salesperson and the the salesmen Max and Josh who had helped me prior. However, I have never witnessed a more poorly managed establishment of any type in my 26 years of professional career. Ritchie and I came to a purchase price and told him that I am paying cash. I arrived at the dealership at 5:45pm on 5-27-21. I was told that "the finance officer" is finishing up with the current buyer and that there is another cash buyer ahead of me.................... I waited over 2.5 hours for this incompetent "business office" clerk. And when I was finally seen at 8:30pm, he actually felt offended when I complained about waiting over 2.5 hours, and arrogantly stated...."Didn't you see I was busy?". I told him to stop talking and finish my paperwork..... I was done in 6 minutes. This incompetent individual kept me for 150 minutes to finish 2 buyers before me. Shame on him. And if this is not corrected, shame on his superiors. Disregarding someone's time is much worse than cursing at that person. And not owning it shows your true character trait. More
We have a diesel Sprinter 3500 van - 20214 model year - and it is a gem. But when it needs a check-up or a tune-up, it can be complicated - more computers in this vehicle than on the ISS. We have had 100% and it is a gem. But when it needs a check-up or a tune-up, it can be complicated - more computers in this vehicle than on the ISS. We have had 100% satisfaction in the diagnosis, repair and communication from MB of Kansas City - and always thought that the costs were fair. Whenever they can they allocate items to warranty work, including extended warranties issued by MB because of user complaints. Even though it is an hour drive from our location, it is worth the trip every time. More

Our sales rep -BRAD-was easy to work with, atypical of the ‘pushy-salesman’ stereotype and was focused on matc and styling made this decision easy. Kirk was the ‘finisher’, who joined our group to insure that if we bought this car, we would be completely satisfied with all aspect of the deal. Special thanks to Mr. Still who spent over an hour with us to teach the ins and outs of configuring the visual dash and operating the many features of this transport. More
