Waited 3 weeks to get an appointment with a loaner car. Arrived and there we no loaner cars available. They offered to reschedule 3 more weeks out putting me in the back of the line instead of the front. Arrived and there we no loaner cars available. You would think they would call in advance to reschedule. Dropped the car off and never heard back unless I followed up. Went to pick car up and they could not find the keys. They also had no paperwork for the extended warranty work they did. They said they would “send it later”. I had much higher expectations. More

Johnny was able to get my Sprinter in and out faster than I could have hoped for. We had trouble with the emissions system. We were traveling in our RV and it lost power. Even though they had a very busy service schedule the Sprinter service manager Johnny Kartsonis greeted us cheerfully and worked us in to their schedule. though they had a very busy service schedule the Sprinter service manager Johnny Kartsonis greeted us cheerfully and worked us in to their schedule. The problem was Intermittent and required multiple test drives to diagnose the problem. After repair Johnny personally did a thorough extended test drive to verify the problem was resolved.
