Took my MB S550 for a 10-Point Check prior to. long trip. My Service Advisor Johnny Kartsonis took it in and lo and behold during the check found a nail in RR tire which was fixed promptly. Lisa did a great job keeping me informed about my issues and did what it took to get our car back in a reasonable time. I really appreciate the transportation service they made it easier on me no one likes and did what it took to get our car back in a reasonable time. I really appreciate the transportation service they made it easier on me no one likes to have several things wrong with their Mercedes, but they made it as stress-free as possible..
