I called the dealership to inquire about a replacement battery. I was told the price which included tax and was ok with it but after the service was competed and quoted the bill, I was quoted a price high battery. Blake is nice, personable and looks to be driven to take care of the customer. He offered to have my car washed, which was nice and accepted. This is 2022, hoping for fair, good service/business with the dealership. More

I considered my visit a emergency, so I had no appointment. They both took care of it within one hour . Replaced a battery filled up the coolant and wiper fluid and even got my car washed , during a time when there is also a shortage of help with no lunchtime . Thank you again. More
I purchase this vehicle and never was ask to test drive..Mercedes Benz website found this vehicle and I flew in to pick it up and the paint job was two toned on the passenger door and was told by the drive..Mercedes Benz website found this vehicle and I flew in to pick it up and the paint job was two toned on the passenger door and was told by the NEW CAR SALES MANAGER, Kirk Williams that they did not have any more money to put in this certified vehicle. I was struck because I needed a ride home. I was over 9 hours away from home.Come to find out the struts and stable bar was messed up on a certified vehicle! I had this vehicle 2 weeks and the rattling was annoying on the passenger side.They was not concerned when another Mercedes dealership figure it out. I was told by the service manager John Doolittle that if they had not removed them I would have never found out. They sent pictures and it showed they were worn out. They refused to fix them. I was told I did a test drive which I did not. This guy showed me how to work this vehicle. Keep in mind I have been driving Mercedes for over 20 years and I have not had any encounter like this before! First Mercedes dealership I ever had an encounter with that was not willing to fix a problem on certified vehicle. The vehicle start this rattling sound when I pulled off the lot and I went back but was told my salesman was gone! Please do not buy from this dealership! The new car sale managerKirk Williams called me 3 times to only to inform me they was not going to do anything because I test drove the vehicle, which I did not! I NEVER HAD A MERCEDES BENZ DEALERSHIP TO EVER NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT A PROBLEM! THEY ONLY THOUGHT I TEST DROVE IT AND COULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING! THEY ASSUMED I DAMAGED MY VEHICLE! If I could give MBKC 10 stars I would! Matt the advisor, Blake the Express Technician, Zeke and Mike fit me in for emergency maintenance when I called them and explained I was grossly over charged for a pro Blake the Express Technician, Zeke and Mike fit me in for emergency maintenance when I called them and explained I was grossly over charged for a problem I didn't even have by Firestone in lenexa and hung up on by Christine in Scheduling at Aristocrat motors. My battery was draining and my signals were all going crazy AFTER Firestone service for an oil change and 1 brake light out. Matt & Blake at MBKC got me in there in 1 day and fixed 3 different issues in the week of Christmas for under $700 and it only took 1 day to do it. They arranged for me to get dropped off before service and then picked me up after service then Mike detailed my car before I returned. I will NEVER take my vehicle anywhere else in the KC area other than Mercedes Benz of KC. The customer service there exceeds expectations as they are like technicians and anxiety therapists. Thank you guys for an awesome experience! More
Sprinter service at this dealership is excellent. My service rep, Johnny Kartsonis, is very thorough and professional. I had warranty work done (rear wheel sensors) and we were keeping on eye on a slig service rep, Johnny Kartsonis, is very thorough and professional. I had warranty work done (rear wheel sensors) and we were keeping on eye on a slightly leaking power steering hose which they took care of on this visit at a reasonable (for MB!) price. I trust my Sprinter 3500/Itasca Navion RV with these guys! More
