When we arrived he met us at the door and already had cars pulled in order to show us. He was friendly, professional, and most importantly knew the mechanics of each car that we looked at. We had a lot of questions since we had never bought a Mercedes before and was able to answer every question. Everyone there is friendly and knows their job well. We now own our first Mercedes Benz and will continue doing business with Brad in the future. Best dealer experience we have ever had. More

Scheduled appointment for service was Jan 24th 2022 for Missouri State inspection also review of check engine light, Now is March 7th 2022 car still is not been serviced, made several calls, left several m Missouri State inspection also review of check engine light, Now is March 7th 2022 car still is not been serviced, made several calls, left several messages but never received any call backs until March 4th 2022 but still nothing resolved just lots of finger pointing and excuses, License plates have now expired so car can not be driven so needed to have car towed to another service center to preform Missouri state inspection.
