Outstanding service experience from Matt Hoover. My 6 year old vehicle experienced a dead battery. I bought a new battery from an auto parts store after which my vehicle could still not maintain a c My 6 year old vehicle experienced a dead battery. I bought a new battery from an auto parts store after which my vehicle could still not maintain a charge. I scheduled a service appointment with MBKC to evaluate a possible electrical problem. After evaluating the vehicle they found that the new battery was bad too. They replaced the battery with no additional charges. More
