I am out of state and have to travel 90-miles to get to the dealership so it's Excellent service and very accommodating with loaner transportation. The Shreveport dealership west of me no longer provides this service which is why I keep using Jackson's location. More

My vehicle burned totally up due to poor quality service. Had my vehicle serviced for an out of town trip. My car caught on fire because the oil cap was left off.
