Fortunately all of them were outstanding, but Mercedes-Benz of Jackson was without a doubt the best. Joseph Bass served as our salesperson. From initial contact via an internet inquiry, followed by phone conversations, and lastly in person, he was friendly, professional, and very attentive to our questions. In each instance it was apparent that he cared about our goals, never with preconceived ideas about what we should want. He treated both me and my wife as equals, never falling into the trap of relating more to one than the other. As a retired military colonel and later vice president executive for a large national medical group, I have a wide range of past experience to assess character. I can give no higher recommendation than to Joseph Bass. More
Auxiliary battery replacement with twist I had my aux battery replaced timely and service Rep was awesome. The kicker was when I returned 30 min later after the dealership had closed becaus I had my aux battery replaced timely and service Rep was awesome. The kicker was when I returned 30 min later after the dealership had closed because my windshield wiper flew off the car. (Not Mercedes fault). He saw me came out and replaced both wipers friendly as could be. Great guy. Great service. I'll be back. Thanks More

Friendly and Trustworthy Dealership I visited multiple dealerships and none of the others were as friendly, easy to work with, and trustworthy than the Mercedes dealership in Jackson, MS I visited multiple dealerships and none of the others were as friendly, easy to work with, and trustworthy than the Mercedes dealership in Jackson, MS. Thomas, our salesman, was awesome to work with and was truly the reason why I purchased a car from the dealership. Not only have I enjoyed the car so far, but I truly enjoyed the purchasing experience with this dealership and Thomas! I feel very confident and comfortable taking my car to this dealership to get serviced in the future, which was another thing that was high on my list. More

Dealership is going downhill My wife and I are from the Pensacola, Florida area. We purchased a 2013 ML 350 for my wife in late 2012 from Mercedes of Jackson while visiting her My wife and I are from the Pensacola, Florida area. We purchased a 2013 ML 350 for my wife in late 2012 from Mercedes of Jackson while visiting her family in Brandon. The sales experience with Edgar (no longer employed with the dealership) was excellent. This winter (specifically January, 2017) I began searching for a low mileage certified pre owned ML63 AMG for myself. One of the few dealerships within a 500 mile radius that had an ML63 with under 20,000 miles was, in fact, Mercedes of Jackson. I went ahead and purchased my car there. The sales process was rushed. After reluctantly reaching a price agreement that my sales person said was his absolute bottom (he stated, "thats all the profit"), i was pushed to place a deposit "so the car be taken off the sales inventory". I found out the next day that the car had not, in fact, been taken off the inventory but was actively re listed on the internet at a price 500 dollars lower than our agreed price. When I approached sales with a screenshot of the newly listed price, he sheepishly told me he would have to honor the newly listed price. Shortly after picking up the car, I noticed a couple major cosmetic issues that were overlooked by the dealership in its multipoint inspection. I also noticed a subtle "shimmy"/vibration when braking from highway speed that has become more significant over time and was told this week by my local Mercedes service it a result of hot spots on all four rotors. Cosmetic issues were addressed appropriately by Mercedes of Jackson initially, but they refused to help reimburse/pay for rotor replacement and told me essentially that all the damage occurred since purchase. So...the car was went through a multipoint inspection by Mercedes of Jackson, sold CPO at around 19k miles, and after another 2000 miles needs all four rotors replaced to the tune of about 2500 dollars...and Mercedes of Jackson is wiping their hands clean of it. From now on I am staying away from Mercedes of Jackson, and in no way would recommend this dealership. More
