Excellent Buying Experience Our buying experience at MB Jackson was perfect! We were in the market for a new car for my wife, and she had a C300 high on her list. We met our Our buying experience at MB Jackson was perfect! We were in the market for a new car for my wife, and she had a C300 high on her list. We met our salesperson (Monica Quiroga) back in August at the old dealership location. We initially went to the dealership around closing time on a Saturday and were dismissed by several other salespeople. We encountered Monica who was on her way out, but offered to put her purse back inside to serve us. We were impressed by this and insisted that when we go ready to buy, we would buy from no other salesperson. My wife got cold feet and couldn't pull the trigger on a vehicle, so we waited. In the meantime, Monica kept in touch with us. Fast forward to December, and the vehicle we were initially attracted to was still in stock. There was also more of an incentive on the vehicle, so we were determined to prevent the car from slipping away from us. We closed the deal. The paperwork process was flawless and speedy. There was no pressure to purchase extended warranties or use in-house financing (we had our own). Even though this car is for my wife, I was able to test drive a Porsche for my own consideration (love that car!). Monica explained every detail and feature of the car thoroughly. She even had my wife take it on a drive again before we left to make sure that she could drive it home with no problem. My wife loves her car! The new dealership is very impressive with its design, size, and amenities. The building would easily be at home in much larger, glamorous cities in the country, but we have it right here. We were given a tour of the facilities (the workout area is really nice!). We highly recommend MB Jackson for your next vehicle purchase and using Monica specifically to facilitate the purchase!
