Our buying experiences with all the dealerships was pleasant enough, but our experience - and my comfort level - with our Mercedes salesman, Paul Bennett, was top-notch. Paul was friendly, informative and clearly listened to our interests and concerns and responded accordingly. His knowledge of other vehicle brands (without bashing the other brands, which I found to be very professional) was very helpful to us in making our decision to buy our Mercedes GLE 300 Diesel. So often when working with other dealerships, I sense a fake sincerity; not at World Wide Motors with Paul. He guided and coached us through the buying process in a way that ensured our needs were met without pushing more than what we wanted. He explained the pros and cons of all available options, but respected the price point we had targeted. Paul continues to be a tremendous (and comfortable) resource for me when I have questions that the user manual doesn't answer as concisely as I would like. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend my vehicle or WWM and Paul Bennett to any of our friends or family! More

I have had multiple instances of unprofessional responses and handling of issues: 1. Brought car if for service and drove the car off the lot with a flat tire, it was suspected that it was cut. when I brought it back in to get it fixed they said it would be 30 minutes to fix and I was still at the dealership 6 hrs later.. Poor communication to no communication on top of blatant misguided information. 2. Had a it in in for a routine service and less than a week later and <1hr of driving the battery had failed. Not sure what the point of having them inspect and tell you everything is okay just to have an issue right after you pick it up. All in all most of the issues with my vehicle resulted directly after picking it up from the dealership, could be coincidence or could just be poor Q&A. These incidences had many more issues that i do not care to go into detail on but while I am having these bad experiences with no choice but to have them fixed while I am here and feeling helpless at their mercy all i can do it share my experiences and hope that others learn from my misfortunes. I do not recommend the use of this facility in any capacity. Not only that the comment out of the service tech's was "We are in business to make money so we would of told you it needed to be replaced to increase our profitability" - Kind of a poor customer service thing to say to someone you are taking advantage of... Also you get to double dip on labor charges if you have to re-diagnosis and recharge, so it is apparent they are not only in the business of making money but screwing their customer while they are at it. Great business. More

We looked at several makes and models and finally decided on a Range Rover. Apparently they were taking orders for new cars to be delivered in July, but they had nothing to test drive. Frustrated, I began talking to friends. Best thing ever! Brad Frauhiger came highly recommended. We had never considered a Mercedes to pull a boat with. To our surprise, the ML350 has 100 more horse power than our Chevy Silverado. Brad made the entire buying process a dream. In our 50's, and numerous salesmen in our past, working with Brad Frauhiger proved to be the best experience ever. Brad truly listened to and genuinely cared about our needs (as well as wants) and helped us create the perfect SUV. He takes customer service to a whole new level and we completely trust him as our go-to man for the long haul. More
1st Mercedes Purchase (2015 C300) I have been loyal to Toyota for many years but their customer care and sales team were easily trumped by my first experience buying from Mercedes. To I have been loyal to Toyota for many years but their customer care and sales team were easily trumped by my first experience buying from Mercedes. Toyota service has really become dreadful and I have tried them all in my area: Anderson, Indianapolis, and Richmond. I bought a new LandCruiser 8 years ago and have been very disappointed with Toyota's slipping service and quality. The C300 is comparable in price to a hybrid Camry or the Avalon but comparisons end there. Handling, styling, safety features and warranty are far superior with Mercedes. Even the Mercedes sales team, Ashley Broscoe, was far more helpful, pleasant and willing to spend time to educate about their cars than Toyota. I am very impressed and pleased with this dealership. More
