My experience with Mercedes Benz of Huntington. I would like to start by saying that it is very uncommon for me to write a review, however, I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Merc I would like to start by saying that it is very uncommon for me to write a review, however, I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Mercedes Benz of Huntington. Recently I was looking around for a new car since the lease on my Mercedes E 350 was about to mature. I was pretty much settled on making the change to BMW but found myself giving Mercedes one last look to see if any of the current models interested me. After walking through the door and being greeted by a very friendly girl, I was quickly introduced to Steve McCloskey, the salesperson that was going to assist me. Right from the start I felt very comfortable with Steve. He is a matter of fact type of guy and I could easily tell there was no lying or gimmicky sales pitch with him. He was extremely knowledgeable of the cars and showed me a model that I absolutely loved, the 2016 C 450 AMG. We went for a test drive and Steve explained all the features of the car as well as upgrades to the car over the outgoing C 400 model. His knowledge of the vehicle had me change my mind on the BMW I was considering and I now had my heart set on the C 450, the only problem is that the color and options I wanted was not available on their lot. I had to rush out that day due to a work commitment but Steve assured me that he would do his best to find the car I wanted. Steve held true to his promise, Later that evening he called and told me he had located the perfect car for me! Which it was. Fast forward a few days and I was again at the dealership picking up my new C 450. Steve introduced me to one of his coworkers, Jamie Ceraulo who went over every detail of the car. I have to say, having someone who knows the vehicle as well as Jamie does really makes the transition into a new vehicle a breeze. She set up my phone and bluetooth, even adjusted the stereo settings for me as well as help me navigate through the MBRACE app for my iPhone. I would like to add that I live in western Nassau county and actually drove past another Mercedes dealership in order to lease my new vehicle with Mercedes of Huntington. I was willing to drive the extra miles because I recognized the importance of working with a true professional like Steve. I believe in recognizing people who go the extra mile and Steve McCloskey is a true asset to Mercedes Benz. Thank you! More
Brian Haney rocks! I have complete car salesman anxiety! I loved working with Brian Haney. He was absolutely amazing. He is organized, efficient, managed my 20 month old son. He genuinely enjoys what he does delivery top level service to customers who need the help. The process was seamless and honestly I cannot say enough about the team- Spence Mannion and Jamie Ceraulo were amazing! Evan was very knowledgable about features of two different types of cars we were looking at. We test drove both and he made solid suggestions and provided excellent insight on both cars, utilizing his personal experiences with driving Mercedes-Benz. He went above and beyond to get us exactly what we were looking for in a car, both in features and at the right price. He told us that he is focused on building relationships with customers that will last for many years to come at Mercedes-Benz of Huntington. It is always a pleasurable customer experience at this dealership and we are happy that they employ caring, professional, knowledgable, and friendly staff in all departments. More

She then followed up with me after the delivery of the vehicle to inquire if there were any further points that may have needed to be addressed. The Best Customer Service from a Salesmans, Steve Verras I can honestly say that I have never really written a positive review of someone on line. Over the years I have bought a number of new cars in the area and it has always been a rather unpleasant experience bordering on the feeling that I was dealing with someone who knew nothing about the car they were selling me or they just thought they knew something, which is actually more dangerous. I am extremely skeptical of car salesmen, but was completely thrown for a loop when I met a salesman names Steve Verras at Huntington Mercedes. Steve was completely different than all the other salespeople I have ever dealt with. Being this is going to be my 1st Mercedes purchase, Steve was completely thorough with me, going over every detail of the purchase with me, listening to my needs vs. my wants and somehow being able to almost get all of them for the price I was looking to spend. I walked out of the dealership completely happy and excited to receive my 1st new 450 AMG Mercedes Benz. He has followed up with me on separate occasions with phone calls which has kept me in the loop about when I should be receiving my car. I would definitely recommend Steve Verras from Huntington Mercedes Benz with any and all questions you have regarding a purchase or lease of a Mercedes Benz. Adam R More

They were very patient, did not rush me and listened to what I was looking for. Add to that Spence in finance, who was great. I did not finance this purchase, but he helped me secure the right warranties for the car. All in all, great experience! More
