Best dealership experience ever I walked into the dealership after strolling through the lot. I was dressed like a bum after doing a bunch of work around the house and was greeted w I walked into the dealership after strolling through the lot. I was dressed like a bum after doing a bunch of work around the house and was greeted with a big smile by the friendly blonde receptionist. We chatted for a bit while waiting for the salesman. Anthony Mastroianni walked up to me and introduced himself. I was immediately calmed by his genuinely friendly demeanor. We chatted for a while, he showed me some cars and never pressured me at all. I met his manager Rob who was a regular guy and could not be any more helpful in finding me what I wanted. Still no pressure. Ok, so I bought an E-Class. Next was the office no one wants to go into. The finance guy. I met Spence Mannion. We talked for a bit and I bought the extended warranty which I was planning on. I was waiting for the pressure....it never came. Everyone I dealt with was a true professional, and friendly. I will never buy a car anywhere else. I mean that. I was not pressured to write this either! :-) More
