First MB car buyer I was looking for a CPO 2013 MB GL450. After doing my research, I chanced upon a specific car located in this dealership. I called and I was referred I was looking for a CPO 2013 MB GL450. After doing my research, I chanced upon a specific car located in this dealership. I called and I was referred to Hildy. We set an appointment on same day. It as pouring that day so she had arranged the car to be viewed in the service reception. She answered all our questions and walked us to the car. No pressure to purchase the car, pricing was very decent and no haggling and no other hidden fees. We even got a discount without haggling. We feel very comfortable doing business with her. A few days into ownership, I noticed a problem and reported them to her. She even arranged the appointment for service and loaner car for me. Kenneth Melendez also helped us with completing the requirements for our purchase as I have used another lender for purchase. He was very patient with all questions and he has provided a lot of information related to warranties, NO PRESSURE felt in buying the warranties. But I still ended up buying the extended warranty for the vehicle. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership for purchase and service even if it means driving from NJ to Huntington, NY! I will always consider them on my next MB purchase. More
