Anthony is the best I live a few minutes away and I am a loyal Mercedes enthusiast. This time, we were in the market to get my wife a new ML350. We got Anthony the sale I live a few minutes away and I am a loyal Mercedes enthusiast. This time, we were in the market to get my wife a new ML350. We got Anthony the salesman. He showed me two cars that were acceptable, and we decided to purchase this one car that was fully loaded with everything under the sun. Of course it was more than we planned to spend. There were some minor things like a bumper warping, pinstripes removal, seat conditioning etc that were corrected to perfection. Anthony was in touch with us every step of the way and bent over backwards to our satisfaction. His manager Paul, was also very charming, polite and stated he would do everything to make sure we were happy. The car was delivered today and while I went over the car with a fine toothed comb and magnifying lens (not really, but you catch my drift), I couldn't find anything wrong with it. Car was delivered with free weather mats, and a goody bag! They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy, and as usual, will be back over and over for our Mercedes cars. Thanks Anthony! More

Tom Aveni helped me to purchase my 2nd pre-owned certified car. The only thing is when the car was ready for me to pick it up, it was not cleaned properly, especially the interior and dashboard . I can still see some foggy marks on the dashboard glass and on the central console area. And, there were few minor car issues, little shaking from front wheels and a cold start, but that was taken care of right away when I mentioned to Tom and Paul. Thanks to Spence and James. Great experience otherwise! More
