Outstanding service provided in delivering a 1017 Mercedes 1 May 2017 In early March of 2017, Huntington Mercedes delivered to me a brand new, shiny Mercedes E300 loaded to the gills. I had been following Mercedes for at least two years looking forward to this car, and I am far from disappointed. The capabilities of the car and the safety it provides me and my family are beyond superb and well worth the wait. Although I have been driving the car for about two months, I do not feel that I have even scratched the surface for the capabilities and potential it offers. Tom Aveni, the Huntington sales representative with whom I worked from the outset, showed himself to be knowledgeable of his product and its capabilities. Throughout the process, he continuously sought to fully understand what I wanted out of the car, and helping me configure it to conform with my expectations. He succeeded completely. This transaction was far from routine. I was buying a car to be delivered on Long Island and registered upon delivery in Maryland. Tom, with the support of his management, completed the transaction as smoothly as it would have been had the car been sold to a resident of Syosset. Finally, Tom has been unequivocal in assuring me that any support I needed for follow up on the sale would be available to me. Without a doubt, he has delivered. Lastly, the price I paid for the car is substantially lower than what the same car would have cost in Maryland. To sum up, I am delighted with the car and the support I have received and continue to receive from Tom Aveni and Huntington Mercedes. Tom was honest, no games, showed me all the numbers from the very beginning after giving me a generous discount. He came to work the next day, on his day off, to finish up the paper work so I can pick up my new GLE350 4MATIC the following day. Tom made sure the financial process went smoothly as well as the tutorial with Jordan. Ken did the financial paperwork in record time, in just few minutes. I have been to many car dealerships including Porsche, BMW, but nothing beats this one, especially because of Tom Caccavale. And I feel like I have made a friend for life.
