Poor Management - Anthony Great Salesman Looked at used MB car one Saturday recently....we were $ 1500 apart from the dealers offered/asking price......two hours later called back to buy it Looked at used MB car one Saturday recently....we were $ 1500 apart from the dealers offered/asking price......two hours later called back to buy it at dealers price. Car was sold.....I agree it happens.....They had 24 hour deposit on the said car. Anthony - Salesman called back on Sunday.....deal fell through...Car is available to me BUT "The Management" wants $ 1500.00 more than the original offered price of previous day, as they knew our eagerness to buy this car since we had travelled from Connecticut to see this car on Saturday. Since we were the first to make the offer, they said the price increase will be only $ 1000. instead of $ 1500. We ended paying $ 1000.00 extra to buy the car.. It is a dealers car and they can do whatever they desire, but I did not expect this price "bait and switch" from a Mercedes Benz Dealer, maybe from a fly by night roadside dealership. On used car generally there is price reduction....Have dealt with several MB dealers, and we never had this kind of experience, especially when there is no line of customers waiting to buy a used 2011 car. By the way no one from management met us to discuss on either of the day, which is normally done at other MB dealers. We only dealt with Anthony, who deserves 5 star, but he is just the messenger of management. It is Poor management or lack of Customer courtesy......Maybe it is the Long Island way of doing business....not seen at MB Manhattan or any dealer in Connecticut. More

A pleasure doing business with Anthony I met Anthony about 8 months and right from the start I sensed he was a genuine hard working person who would take my concerns seriously and find me t I met Anthony about 8 months and right from the start I sensed he was a genuine hard working person who would take my concerns seriously and find me the car I was looking for.Long story short I came into the dealership and spoke with Anthony and told him exactly what I was looking for.Not only did he find me the car I wanted but not once did he try to persuade me to take another car since he knew I only wanted what I asked him to find me.I really enjoyed working with him because he could have tried to push me into plenty of other cars just to make a quick sale which a lot of other salesmen would have done and he did not do that. Just a great experience for a first time Mercedes-Benz custo I never thought I would be able to get into a Mercedes but wow am I glad I did. First off as a new buyer, I always though of the brand as out of reach I never thought I would be able to get into a Mercedes but wow am I glad I did. First off as a new buyer, I always though of the brand as out of reach for me, a bucket-list dream. Evan showed me a way into a car that surpassed my expectations in almost ever respect and was maybe 30 bucks per month more than my VW Passat TDI that had to be turned in due to the vw diesel lawsuit. He guided me toward a vehicle choice, explained the options and got me a price that made the whole arrangement possible. The entire experience was comfortable, informative and successful. Thank you Evan, and the whole team at MB Huntington. I'll definitely look forward to seeing your group agian. More
