Horrible Service Experience -- Stay Away!!! Would give this place a ZERO if I could. Had been going to this place for a few years -- service dept used to be good (notice the past tense.) Something drastic has changed with the service department -- ZERO customer service, ZERO attempt at trying to rectify an issue, and ZERO for their attitude, especially the service manager "Jimmy" Its as if MB Huntington is putting profits ahead of customer service...luckily as a consumer, we have plenty of other MB service options within a 15 mile radius. Good Riddance! More

We found and felt the other dealerships just wanted to sell us a car and take our money. At Mercedes-Benz of Huntington it was quite the opposite. They worked with us and were not "pushy" in the least and very knowledgeable about their products. Their staff was all personable and professional. After we discussed the options we wanted including the price within our comfort zone Lenny carefully searched for the vehicle that matched our needs. We did not have to sit for hours haggling about features and price, Lenny respected our time and expeditiously put together the right deal the first time!His knowledge and professionalism made us confident to go ahead with Mercedes Benz of Huntington. We received a really nice phone call from Lenny the day after we drove our new car home to assure us that he would continue to be available to us should we have any questions or concerns. We actually did have to contact him with a question which he promptly responded to.
