I saw a Mercedes I wanted on the internet that was located at this dealership. Loved the fact that they provided more than enough photos to determine if it was worth the trip. The trip was actually 3 hours in traffic just to get there. Not something you would typically do but none the less, the sales associate was extremely accommodating when we called to say it looked like we might not arrive until they were near closing time. He had the car washed and pulled in the light where we could clearly see it. This was a pre-owned vehicle so a thorough look over was important.. We did a test drive, they assessed my trade-in and everything went smoothly. All the staff was patient and even though we kept them past closing they all were courteous. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, once again all went smoothly. This dealership is beautiful, clean, efficient and friendly. Wish it was closer for me but loved the experience!!!
