Bad Experience - Stay Away Deceptive dealership. Stay away from this Mercedes dealership. It's unbelievable that this day and age there is still deceiving and dishonest offers f Deceptive dealership. Stay away from this Mercedes dealership. It's unbelievable that this day and age there is still deceiving and dishonest offers from a local 'respective' dealership. Recently I have received promotion letter from this dealership regarding special discount which also includes 3 years of complimentary service (see attached letter). After the deal was made, when I came to pick up the car, I was told by the dishonest 'business manager' that this promotion cannot be given and he needs approval from another dishonest Jeff the sales manager. At the end, after all deal was made they did not honor their own offer. Yes. It's unbelievable. Please stay away from this dealer. Stay away from so called 'business manager' that only job he has is to squeeze from you more money. I just spoke with my neighbor looking to get GLE and I advised him to go elsewhere. As a current owner/lease of BMW X5 and Ranger Rover I had nice and fun experience at these local Hutington dealership. More

A Dream Come True I was introduced to this dealership by my brother-in-law and felt slightly intimidated prior to walking through the doors, after all we are talking MB I was introduced to this dealership by my brother-in-law and felt slightly intimidated prior to walking through the doors, after all we are talking MB'S! Was warmly welcomed as soon as entered and introduced to Steve McCloskey, who would become my sales person. Was put at ease immediately and felt right at home while discussing what my "wants" were. The test drive was great -I couldn't wait to get started on the process. Steve kept in close communication with me while the details were being worked .I picked up my GLA 250 a couple days ago -Steve put me Lori's most capable hands to learn the operations and what a crackerjack she is! Steve made the experience seamless & a pleasure. I feel as if I've joined a wonderful family, it's truly remarkable! Kudos to the whole team! More
