Our choice is to buy Pre-Owned vehicles and presently go to Anthony Mastroianni for his expertise and knowledge. He is straight forward with us and we trust his judgement. All our cars are serviced at this dealership as well as inspected. The service staff is most helpful. There have been times we needed help with putting our phones back into the car or even needing air in our tires. They are always accommodating. None of our cars go out the door without extra protection whether it is for the tires or extended warrantee. For all these matters we deal with Spence Mannion. He is always ready to greet us with a handshake. Everyone there makes us feel at home and welcome. When it comes to service advisors, we have had several. All very nice. Presently Tom is our guy, but when he is not available there is always someone there to step up and help us. Mercedes is our vehicle of choice and after driving one, we don't see ourselves driving anything else. We were there picking up one of my Wife's cars from inspection and before we knew it we were making arrangements to trade in her other car and get one a little newer for her. More

I showed up with a flat tire and in no time I was on my way feeling very satisfied and confident in the repairs. While I was waiting Klint introduced my to Anthony Mastroianni. I was interested in buying an S550 and Anthony was very helpful and knowledgeable. Anthony really took his time explaining all of the features of the vehicle and could not have made me feel more confident and comfortable.
