I was not able to easily get through to a live person until I called this dealership. Someone answered right away and set me up for an appointment for service and a loaner vehicle. I met with Marie who got me in my loaner very quickly, called me when my vehicle was finished and also followed up with me regarding a part under warranty she had to order. The texted me and set me up for another loaner vehicle and a follow up appointment. Great service and very convenient which is what I look for in a dealership! Will definitely be coming back! More

I could go anywhere to lease a Mercedes as I have excellent credit, but I will remain a loyal customer to Huntington Mercedes because of Charles Cohen.
