Poor customer service. Lenny, the sales person, a great guy. But the experience in to the dealer, not a pleasant one. After we agreed on the deal, called in the morning and told ill go in the evening to do the paper work. Got there to the appointment, and I was told that the car is on hold by someone over the phone. At least, someone should have called, and cancel the apt. NO CARES! More

His suggestions made my ml63 drive like new again. They fixed it right the first time and for a lot less than I was expecting. Eric even reminded me of a promotion I was eligible for that I received in the mail. I’ll be back! More

Jim and his team, including Evan, Jeff and Ken, were a pleasure to work with. They were friendly and knowledgeable and went the extra step to ensure that it was a pleasant experience. They clearly put emphasis on creating a friendly culture, and that translates to top-notch customer service. Huntington would be my first choice if in the market for a Mercedes. More

He set up everything from long distance, so that it took only a very pleasant 90 minutes in the dealership to test drive the car, do the paperwork, have a couple cups of free and tasty coffee, and hit the road to bring my vehicle back home. The car itself is awesome, a 2016 Mercedes Benz SLK350, the the Premium 3 package!!!! Yes, one pays big for such high quality, sigh, but it is worth the money. More

Tom Palmero greeted me as soon as I pulled up to the service shop; he was very attentive and genuine which immediately put me at ease. Tom was very professional and thorough in explaining the process and my options. He ensured my visit was maximized so that I wouldn't have to make a second trip. Fortunately, I only needed a computer software upgrade but I also left with my 60K miles maintenance completed and my car feels brand new. I was very pleased with my unexpected visit, from how quickly I was scheduled to bring my car in, to the awesome hospitality at the dealership. Tom was the best! More
