Through out the years Tom Palmero supported me with excellent support and service maintenance to my vehicle. Never had to deal with hidden charges for maintenance and they always provided service in a timely manner/ Towards the remaining months of my lease, I worked with Lenny Anglin and Jason Tingling in answering questions to help facilitate my decision to buy the vehicle. They were both informative, attentive, patient and knowledgeable in answering my inquiries. On the day of purchase I worked directly with Evan Retzkin who provided above and beyond customer support!! He picked up my vehicle to have it inspected, left me with a loaner vehicle and in parallel processed the paperwork for financing the car all with a phone call. I was able to continue working and all of the above had been completed in hours and when I went to deliver payment and sign the forms I was in and out in 15 minutes. All I could say was WOW.
