When entering Mercedes-Benz of Huntington, I was immediately greeted by the receptionist who was very pleasant and helpful. My sales rep, Tom Caccavale, was attentive and extremely helpful. I told him what vehicle I was looking at, what features I wanted and what I could afford. Tom offered a number of options that would fit my criteria and made the deal happen. Although the facility was under construction when I first visited MB of Huntington, the "mess" was contained in a small area and the sales area was very clean and orderly. The day I picked up my SUV, the facility was 99% completed and was beautiful. In meeting a number of associates at Mercedes, my questions were answered and my paperwork was processed without any issues. All that was left for me to do was pick up my new vehicle. My overall experience dealing with MB of Huntington was excellent and I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends, family and work associates. When it's time for me to lease/purchase a new vehicle, I will definitely be in touch with Tom Caccavale and Mercedes Benz of Huntington. More

I was a customer of Mercedes Benz Huntington for over eight years, leasing a CLK convertible and in 2009 I purchased an E350 4matic from this dealership. Both cars were serviced at the dealership, spendi eight years, leasing a CLK convertible and in 2009 I purchased an E350 4matic from this dealership. Both cars were serviced at the dealership, spending over $10,000. Plus, I recommended three friends to this dealership. I had the unfortunate experience dealing with Rick Bonilla (lease manager). I called Bonilla twice leaving messages and never got a call back. I call a third time and got him live. The purpose of the call was to sell my E350 (56,000 miles and in pristine condition). He was extremely curt with me and very unprofessional. He made it crystal clear he had no interest in buying my car or even looking at it. When I explained to him that I was a customer for over eight years and the car was purchased and serviced at MB Huntington dealership, he said, "I don't care because I have no interest in your car". I followed up with a letter to the owner and general manager. No response from the owner and a weak apology from the GM in the form of an email - so lame. I extremely impressed with the capabilities of Brian who seems more seasoned in the industry than is age will show. Brian found me a low milage 2009 E350 the car is perfect . Brian was diligent, conscientious and hard working but also personable to the point I felt he was a member of my own family. I think it is important to convey a recommendation of this nature to an employee's supervisor when a job is well done especially in this type of economy. I have taken my vehicle there for service and everything was completed in a timely fashion and the quality of the work was great. Mercedes of Huntington is one of the nicest, well kept car dealerships I have ever been to and I look forward to returning for my future purchases. I purchased my first mercedes through MB of Huntington and was treated like a queen, each time I had a question or a concern it was answered right away or within a short period of time, Terrance had me co and was treated like a queen, each time I had a question or a concern it was answered right away or within a short period of time, Terrance had me come in when he scheduled time to go over the whole vehicle and show me all the car had to offer, not just a 5 minute overview, he took about an hour of his day off. Knowing I was new to the product he helped me understand the new technology and assist me in getting the most out of the vehicle rather than just driving it from point A to point B, I will never go to another dealership I made the mistake of going elsewhere, was not treated properly and ran right back to Terrance and the staff at MB of Huntington More
