I would give zero stars if I could. I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. I recently returned my 2010 E350 lease to Mercedes Benz of Huntington. 2 weeks prior to returning the vehi treated so rudely in my entire life. I recently returned my 2010 E350 lease to Mercedes Benz of Huntington. 2 weeks prior to returning the vehicle, I was called in for a pre-lease return vehicle inspection. On that date the car was inspected by an employee of Mercedes and I was told that the car was fine. On Tuesday morning, the last day of the lease, I called to make sure that everything was OK and I was told that no appointment is necessary and that I could come in any time before 8 pm to return the vehicle. I arrived at 7 pm and was greeted in a very rude manner because I did not have an appointment, despite that fact that I explained that I had called to make an appointment and was told that no appointment was necessary. I explained that I called earlier and they told me no appointment was necessary and all I had to do was return the car before 8pm because the pre-lease inspection was already done. An extremely rude employee handed me a paper which indicated that there was several areas of damage to the car. I told him that I was there 2 weeks prior and was told at the time that the car was in fine condition and no charges were to come (besides the over-mileage fee of course). The employee proceeded to call me a liar and insisted that I was never there for a pre-lease inspection because his computer doesn't indicate that I was there. The damage that he listed included a nick on one of the tires which has no impact on the tire itself besides normal wear and tear on the cosmetics. I was spoken to and treated like a second class citizen... This is certainly not something you would expect from any Mercedes Bens dealership. I can tell you a few reasons why I an unhappy with my experience. First off, I was called a liar several times by Mercedes Benz employees. Second, I was told on one date that the car's condition was fine and no charges would come and something completely different when I returned the car. Third, the items that were listed as damage were normal wear and tear and should not have been included. Fourth, even with the disagreement in the charges, the Mercedes employees should have handled the matter in a more professional manner. I was surprised by how I was treated. More

When entering Mercedes-Benz of Huntington, I was immediately greeted by the receptionist who was very pleasant and helpful. My sales rep, Tom Caccavale, was attentive and extremely helpful. I told him what vehicle I was looking at, what features I wanted and what I could afford. Tom offered a number of options that would fit my criteria and made the deal happen. Although the facility was under construction when I first visited MB of Huntington, the "mess" was contained in a small area and the sales area was very clean and orderly. The day I picked up my SUV, the facility was 99% completed and was beautiful. In meeting a number of associates at Mercedes, my questions were answered and my paperwork was processed without any issues. All that was left for me to do was pick up my new vehicle. My overall experience dealing with MB of Huntington was excellent and I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends, family and work associates. When it's time for me to lease/purchase a new vehicle, I will definitely be in touch with Tom Caccavale and Mercedes Benz of Huntington. More

I was a customer of Mercedes Benz Huntington for over eight years, leasing a CLK convertible and in 2009 I purchased an E350 4matic from this dealership. Both cars were serviced at the dealership, spendi eight years, leasing a CLK convertible and in 2009 I purchased an E350 4matic from this dealership. Both cars were serviced at the dealership, spending over $10,000. Plus, I recommended three friends to this dealership. I had the unfortunate experience dealing with Rick Bonilla (lease manager). I called Bonilla twice leaving messages and never got a call back. I call a third time and got him live. The purpose of the call was to sell my E350 (56,000 miles and in pristine condition). He was extremely curt with me and very unprofessional. He made it crystal clear he had no interest in buying my car or even looking at it. When I explained to him that I was a customer for over eight years and the car was purchased and serviced at MB Huntington dealership, he said, "I don't care because I have no interest in your car". I followed up with a letter to the owner and general manager. No response from the owner and a weak apology from the GM in the form of an email - so lame.
