Iwanycky, and he proceeded to determine my needs through a series of questions while providing us with information that was helpful in making my final decision. J. R. has the skill to put you at ease, you feel as though he's taken care of you before, as if he is someone who has a vested interest in every detail when it comes to making you feel important and guaranteeing that you are completely satisfied with having all your needs addressed and confirmed. I admire his honest, straight-forward approach tempered with kindness and understanding. J. R. is extremely knowledgeable but approachable which made jt easy for me to ask questions and not feel intimidated. J. R. introduced us to M. Spence Mannion who was also warm, friendly, personable, and professional, as reflected by J. R. Spence explained the various options and answered my questions clearly and thoroughly. Joseph Carrera assisted with the pick-up of my new car and was another example of professionalism that is demonstrated at Huntington and seems to be mandated. Finally, J.
