A Very Pleasant Car Service As usual, the service was exceptional. I needed 30,000 mile service and I was provided a free Mercedes loaner car which was ready upon my arrival. I was promptly notified they found a damaged wheel hub which I was unaware of. This could have easily been overlooked had I used a local mechanic closer to my home, The part had to be ordered and I kept the loaner for three days. The cost of the service was higher than I anticipated, but just to know that my car is now truly in top shape is well worth any extra cost that was incurred. My wife used to have an Audi Q7, and each of the many times she had to call to local Audi dealership to bring it in for service, they would TELL her "our first appointment is next week" [pick any day 7-14 days out]. Whenever I call for service at MB, they ASK "when would you like to bring it in" and have always accomodated our scheudule. With a Mercedes, you are buying a relatively expensive car and you have a high expectation of suport and service. The serivce department goes above and beyond. More
