I particularly would like to call out the expert technician, Sam Wu, who explained carefully what my options were and made an extra effort to really help me as the customer. In addition, he fixed the issue in no time (after I dropped off the car for an evaluation) and sent me a few videos of the car walk around and problem area. One last comment, the cleanliness and openness of the drop off area was amazing, an example every dealership should follow. More
