I have been visiting this particular MB location for a few years now for routine and other services. I have been fortunate enough to have worked with Ms. Thompson on many occasions. Unfortunately,I cannot say that all of my experiences there have been great, but it helps when someone atleast shows some concern about your situation. I have never had such personalized service. Recently I purchased a 2004 Mercedes Benz S 600 from a doctor in Delaware. The car is a tremendous vehicle with equal parts of power, prestige, style and comfort. However, it is not a cheap date when it comes time to service the car. Because of that, I purchased a 100K bumper to bumper extended warranty. Otherwise, the repairs would be overwhelming. I have also been fortunate to find a smart and savvy service group at Valley Motors to take care of my car on a regular or special needs basis. They help me resolve warranty issues, provide me with a rental car and always treat me with respect. Truthfully, If I did not have these guys in my corner, I would not feel so comfortable driving such an exotic automobile. Thanks, Andy Man More
I had a 2006 C230 and moved here from the west coast and had gone to Valley Motors for service work on several visits. I just last month traded in my 06 at Valley Motors on a new C350 and found the Sales Department to be just as easy to work with. I would recommend Valley Motors to any and everyone More

Reason for visit was service and abnormal noise during acceleration. Picked up car and still making noise during acceleration. Service manager rode with me and suggested car was making noise since it was acceleration. Picked up car and still making noise during acceleration. Service manager rode with me and suggested car was making noise since it was a 2005. Requested the car be re-inspected, service representative informs me someone over filled the oil. Explained it was service at their facility at a cost of over $1400 why would I add oil, confused look on the mechanic’s face. Service person explained I had an oil leak, which was repaired additional $700 and car still making abnormal noise during acceleration. Same day went to Mercedes-Benz of Baltimore, Catonsville (Mr. Ben Perricone)for second opinion, informed them car was making abnormal noise during acceleration, did not mention the fiasco at Hunt Valley Mercedes. Within 30 min they informed me the engine mounts are worn. Drove back to Hunt Valley with new information and was told by the service manager mounts are not broken and there is nothing to fix. Spoke with Mercedes-Benz of Baltimore and they requested I bring the car back to them and they completed work with no charge (over $1000) and problem is fixed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT, THEY ARE CLUELESS AND CROOKS. More
This is the worst experience I have ever had with in my life. i had a vehicle with a bad computer and since new computer was so expensive we asked if used computer would work. valley motor told me it would life. i had a vehicle with a bad computer and since new computer was so expensive we asked if used computer would work. valley motor told me it would work so I purchased a used computer from on line and took it there to get it reprogramed. when I took my vehicle to get it reprogramed they said it couldn't be done and they still charger me. we tried to find out the person who told us that false information, amber said they were fired and we couldn't find that person and still payed over hundered dollars and car is still not fix. had to take it to phoenix motor to get it fix.
