I knew what type of vehicle I was looking for and although there were none available at the dealership, Mack took the time to locate the exact one I wanted and arranged to have it brought to Valley. I did not have to play the normal back and forth negotiating games on pricing. It was the easiest car buying experience I ever had. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a Mercedes-Benz. More
My husband and I went into this dealership in search of an R-Class and we wanted to trade in our Honda. Iris, our salesperson, was friendly initially, however, we were very insulted by the way in which she an R-Class and we wanted to trade in our Honda. Iris, our salesperson, was friendly initially, however, we were very insulted by the way in which she and her manager treated us when we advised we wanted to trade in our van. We were told to go to Car Max to sell our van and then come back since the price they wanted to offer us was lower that what we knew our van was worth. We were also told by she and her manager, that NO OTHER dealership would give us more than what the Hunt Valley Dealership was offering. They were absolutely incorrect. Not only did we secure our deal with another dealership IN the area, but they gave us exactly what we asked for our trade in addition to a better price for our R-Class (with all the bells and whistles). We would definitely NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. While Iris was nice initially, by the end of our meeting, her tone and demeanor came across as very offensive and insulting....and HER manager....all we can say is...his attitude was "Take it or leave it!" So we left it and they lost a several thousand dollar deal. It is shocking that in this day and time....ANY dealership (including Mercedes Benz) can afford to do that. Just because we were in the market for a Mercedes Benz does not mean that we are not concerned about cost and getting the most for our dollar. Thank you, The Lawrence family More
On our first visit to the dealership we were ignored. When I came back I did so after requesting a test drive on line. Received an email from Mack Naslah telling me to stop in for a test drive. I was an email that was generated without ever looking at my request. I drove to the dealership. Mack Naslah had never looked at what I was shopping for and started from scratch. My efforts to give detailed information on line was pointless. Mack Naslah suggested I go to Carmax to get an offer for my trade in. I was not offered a test drive. I called and spoke to the GM of the dealership. Was assured another salesman would assist me. She called and left a message. I called back several times and never heard from her again. I purchased a new 2012 SLK from another dealership who was delightful to deal with. I will not take my car to Valley Motors for anything.. I will travel further to a dealership that treats everyone like a vallued customer. More
