Like my parents, I bought my Mercedes from hunt valley and plan on buying another Mercedes this year from them (my fourth Mercedes) The most recent visit 12/21 did upset me in one regard, I am 26 years old and was sitting in the CLS63 AMG in the show room, checking out the new younger baby Benz for the first time, when I was told that the "base" model was outside and that I was in something called an AMG! I felt like I needed to defend myself by reminding the sales agent that I was the proud owner of multiple Mercedes one of which is a C55 AMG and that my dad owned an SL65 from Benson Mercedes in New Orleans - the CLA is designed for people my age, how rude (of course I did not say this, instead I said, "yes I am aware"). I play with new Mercedes all time, first time that's happened to me. More

This service involved a hydraulics part with a history that resulted in an extension of the warranty to 10 years. My first visit on a Friday afternoon was disappointing, not because it was too late to ge that resulted in an extension of the warranty to 10 years. My first visit on a Friday afternoon was disappointing, not because it was too late to get service, but because the service writer jumped to the conclusion (before looking) that the message code I referenced probably involved the brake pads and sensor. When I said the pads and sensors were new, he asked where they had been installed and became critical that I went elsewhere, saying they had likely been installed improperly. Only then did he go to my car in the service lane and determine that I was correct. The message related to the hydraulics. I returned Monday morning, and the warranty replacement was promptly performed without incident. I'm not a regular service customer, because my E Class is a 2005, and I often rely upon a local service that I have come to know and prefer for routine maintenance. Of course, this saves money as well which is also important to me. Unfortunately, it has become very clear that my infrequent visits to your facility, and my reliance on another servicer, is resented by your service writers. This is unfortunate and tends to discourage me from using your facility, or recommending it to others. More
Everyone was very accommodating. It was very busy when I arrived to drop off my car but I was treated very courteously and checked in with a minimal wait. I was kept informed of the progress on the car during the day and was promptly picked up upon it's completion. More
