Purchased a 2018 CPO E300 from hunt valley with 29 k miles. Car needed rotors a week after I took delivery and had a cracked wheel. They did not replace brake pads with new rotors. After my third paym miles. Car needed rotors a week after I took delivery and had a cracked wheel. They did not replace brake pads with new rotors. After my third payment I need 4 pads (750$ Quote from another mb dealer). The remaining brake pad life was 3 months when Hunt valley replaced my rotors. They should have replaced the brake pads during my brake rotor ordeal. An accommodation for my issues, the right thing to do? During my purchase process (mess) Hunt valley mb sales rep claimed the price I was asked to pay for this vehicle on line price was non negotiable. “We do not discount”. A day later the very same vehicle was being discounted 250$ on line. They did a horrible pre delivery prep job. To finish this car deal with hunt valley mb was a 5 plus hour ordeal. This is my 6 th E class so I have dealt with other dealers with the purchase process. I will never use hunt valley Mercedes for service or sales in the future. I do not trust them. When I found out my pads were bad I left their general sales mgr a voice mail. I never heard from him. Their service manager was off site so I called mb USA to discuss my dealings with their authorized Mercedes dealer. Mb USA did help me with a 500$ credit voucher. Thank you. Should they have picked up the entire 750$ ?? lastly my break pad bill had a 55$ shop charge. Another mb dealer did do my pad job…. My brakes are good! 55$ shop charge included replace my heads up display was bad so that was a covered repair. I did warranty my new - used mb. They had my car for 4 days… with a loaner. The other mb dealer in 21117 did a good service on my vehicle. However, they wanted me to give them a 55$ shop charge for the break pads and heads up display. My final bill 249$. This other mb service dept. waived the shop charge and treated me well. The other dealer is in zip 21117. More
Worst experience ever the customer service sucks. The lady manager talked about other people the entire day I was there never spoke. The finance guy didn't even speak to me to tell me about the plan for the next only reference me as 60k walking out of the door to the sale Representative. I purchased a car at Mercedes-Benz of Hunt Valley on 9/4/2020 which was 6 months ago. I was promised a 2nd key with the purchase of the vehicle. It was written into my contract on the 17th page of the 1 9/4/2020 which was 6 months ago. I was promised a 2nd key with the purchase of the vehicle. It was written into my contract on the 17th page of the 19-page document (the WE OWE page). Although I have called countless times over the last 6 months and have even driven up there to speak with my salesperson and the manager, Mercedes-Benz of Hunt Valley has done everything in their power up to this date to keep me from getting this 2nd key or paying me the amount of the 2nd key. Three weeks ago, on Feb 16th, Jim the manager of Mercedes-Benz of Hunt Valley told me via text that he would send me a check in place of a key, but refused to tell me the amount. I haven't received it and decided that enough is enough! I have put in a complaint to the BBB. Before I pressed send, I called to speak to John Davenport who also signed my contract, but was told he no longer works there and actually got Jim on the phone. Jim asked me to withdraw the BBB complaint in order for him to withdraw the BBB complaint in order for him to send me a check. LOL that's not how it works, but thanks for that laugh! I'm hoping now that a regulatory body is involved, I will get what is contractually owed to me. Jim seemed way more upset that I contacted the BBB than that one of his customers has not been treated well by him, his staff, and his third party vendor(s). I never asked for any more than what I was owed and I have waited long enough. This was my first time dealing with a luxury car dealership....Far from luxurious customer service. More
The worst dealership hands down. Racism from the service manager Eric, unorganized, scams. Previously worked here and in the middle of a lawsuit. Do not come here!! The service managers Ego is as big as the complaint list from this dealership. I was terminated after bringing my concerns about the service manager to the head manager. On my termination letter they stated wrong information and when addressed about it Mr. ego head himself, Eric, directed me to an email address to file a complaint. After sending my complains in I get a reply back from ERIC himself. This man sent me his own email as an attempt to cover up his tracks. Defamation suit is on its way full steam directly at the shadiness of this establishment and Eric himself. He favors his white friends he brought in the job and disregards his colored employees and attendants whoever been at the facility much longer than him and his buddies. This shadiness needs to be called out and held accountable More
I have had 3 bad experiences with this dealership over the years.. I will never go again unless God tells me. They dragged me around for a week. Renee in finance was supposed to review my paper work and call me, but he never did. So much for great customer service. They weren't honest from the beginning. Granted I had a couple of things on my credit report, but they never tried to work with me in reference to financing. They even tried to get me to get something else. It's really amazing because I went to another Mercedes Benz dealer and they were extremely helpful. The finance person got me financed through Mercedes and at a good percentage. If I could give a zero, I would. The best thing was my sales person...Justin. I don't have a problem if someone can't help me, but just be honest with me. Good customer service and honesty is key with me. Thanks to the next Mercedes dealer that was willing to assist me and was willing to help me. Hunt Valley, you should be ashamed of yourselves and should get it to together. More
