I had spoken with salesmen at multiple dealerships prior to contacting Dwayne Omafodezi at Mercedes-Benz of Hunt Valley. The dealership had the car I wanted ( a used BMW) and Dwayne made the process easy. to contacting Dwayne Omafodezi at Mercedes-Benz of Hunt Valley. The dealership had the car I wanted ( a used BMW) and Dwayne made the process easy. I live out of state, and communicated almost exclusively via text, which was my preferred method. I decided to purchase the vehicle and made arrangements to fly in. Dwayne picked me up at the hotel, and once at the dealership, the purchase process only took about 20 min to completion. The finance person was professional and helpful as well. I was presented with an optional extended warranty (which I declined), but was not pressured to purchase any add-ons. I had a check for the agreed upon amount, and there were no hidden fees. Again, the purchase took about 20 min, and the car was clean with a full tank of gas, ready with temp tag. I was very happy with the dealership and everyone I dealt with. I routinely read reviews to help me decide whether or not to use a businesses and/or purchase a product, but I never write reviews. I chose to write this review so anyone considering this dealership will have a recent/honest review to help them feel comfortable contacting Mercedes-Benz of Hunt Valley. More
