Bought a new C class at MB Houston North. The salesman was a little frantic, rushing in big around and not showing us all the features. The real problem here is the SERVICE department. I took my brand new car in on Friday for window tinting (paid for at purchase) and when I went to pick it up, the check engine light was on. Drove it across the lot to SERVICE and was made to feel like I did something wrong! Service Manager told me it was an “ electrical problem” so they would provide a loaner and keep my car. Called on Monday, was eventually told there was no issue! Manager said the window tint installers must have left my doors open too long and tan a battery down?!?! Which battery, he didn’t say. WHEN I PICK UP MY CAR ON TUESDAY SOMEONE HAS PUT NEARLY 100 MILES ON MY CAR even though there was supposed to be an electrical issue and nothing was really wrong! When I asked my advisor is they could put some gas in it, she replied they didn’t have gas there!!! SOMEONE SHOULD REIMBURSE THE COST OF THE GAS THAT IT SEEMS SOMEONE WENT JOYRIDING/RUNNING ERRAND IN MY NEW CAR! Obviously I am furious. More

My spouse and I came in and had a very uncomfortable experience when dealing with Dali Vojvodjic (sales) This person was rude and unprofessional. From the minute he greet us, I knew he was not going to experience when dealing with Dali Vojvodjic (sales) This person was rude and unprofessional. From the minute he greet us, I knew he was not going to provide us with the assistance we were looking for. He immediately look at us from top to bottom and decided not to waste his time because we were not dress in expensive clothes like him or wearing a flashy Rolex like he does. I don’t have to dress to impress to go buy a new car. My bank account is my business. He didn’t listen to what we were looking for and since our budget was less than 100K he didn’t even care to show us the lot of cars. But wait, it gets better, he told us that based on my taste, I should go buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee. This guy is just ugly and won’t give you the service you deserve unless you are as flashy as he is. Will never step a foot at this dealership. Going to the Woodlands where they treat you with respect and with the southern hospitality that we are accustomed to. More
I purchased new tires last year from this dealer. I have all my maintenance performed here. Last week I stopped by to have my tires balanced. I was sent a message stating that I needed brakes. They also stated I need two new tires! To be sure I stopped by my local mechanic for a second opinion and he stated my brakes were at 70%!. And my tires did not need to be replaced. I went to another shop and they confirmed I did not need brakes or two new tires. These tires were only 15 months old. I purchased the tires from this Mercedes dealer. I'm very disappointed in Mercedes-Benz of Houston North. I was going to purchase a new car from them but now I will NEVER trust them again. It's about trust and when a dealership is untrustworthy the word gets around. More
