None of my concerns were addressed and I’m wondering if a service was performed on my car at all. I heard something in the suspension when I dropped my car off and I still hear it today. I went here to get help with my radio. I was greeted with negativity and rudeness. This came from the manager of all people. I was told “you buy an apple product from apple” as an example of why I shouldn’t negativity and rudeness. This came from the manager of all people. I went to Mercedes in the Woodlands who helped me right away and resolved my issue in under 15 minutes. Stay away from the Spring store. They are nasty and don’t care how they treat people. Once again, Marko Milosevic not only helped us find the perfect car, but was very thorough in showing us the differences in this car versus our 2018 GLC 300 and how to operate them. This is the 6th or 7th Mercedes we have purchased from this dealership and have always been treated with the professional courtesy one would expect from a luxury dealership. Although not involved with the purchase of this vehicle Carlos Trevino, our service advisor for most of our autos for many years is one of the primary reasons we continue to use this dealership rather than the one closer to our home, so I have added him as one of the employees we worked with.
