They sell used cars with major problems then refuse to offer any kind of solution except it's not a Mercedes-Benz our mechanics only work on Mer own. The service manager refused to help me I took the car back showed them proof of what was wrong manager said they are not going to fix it Auto Nation has this false claim of 125 point inspection that's just the minor stuff. I thought buying a car from a major car dealership I would not experience major issues so soon. They will tell you all customer are treated the same it's a big bold face like. The salesperson are limited as to what they can do I have to say they tried but I am now stuck with fixing a problem because the warranty of three months will not cover the problem. I took the car back but they will not honor the warranty has a loop hole on major parts to a used car. They are about getting you financed so they make money and that's all they want.
