Needed a replacement battery. The new battery cost $330 which is outrageous. Total cost was $471. Offered option additional services which totaled almost $5000 including $282 for an air filter. The car is terrific and the service center is great except for the absolute xxxxxx on the charges. Going to this dealership for parts and service will result in paying at least triple what you really should. More

None of the departments are aware of your needs..extremely bad experience..don't go there. You are told one thing and the next person tells you something different. I explained I had my own needs..extremely bad experience..don't go there. You are told one thing and the next person tells you something different. I explained I had my own financing for which I provided all pre-approval documents. Twenty minutes later I was informed that they don't take out of state financing. I returned the unit because of mechanical issues after one day but was told that I just didn't like the car..after being informed that I could return the unit no questions asked,, as if I was lying. Avoid the humiliation and go else where. Still waiting on my deposit after being informed that it would be 24 to 48 hours. More
