We went in and bought our car and everything went pretty smooth. I have now been waiting 7 months for my license plate and it still has not arrived. I actually spoke with a manager named Mac (Max?) and he told me that he was talking with another customer and would call me right back. He did not call back even after I left repeated messages. This is by far the worst experiance I have ever had at a car dealership. Stay well away from this place. More

Worked with the sales man for two months. Discussed price many times. Once at the dealership to buy vehicle they added a $5,000 Mercedes market fee to it. This is an AutoNation dealership and you would think that they would not add costs at the very last minute. A manager called a week later and apologized saying that the salesman should have been up front about the pricing. I talked to another Mercedes’ dealership and they confirmed that they would not do this. The manager said that he would get back with me, but after several weeks has not. Please watch out for this dealership. More
