My car was fixed there on the issue of oil pan leak & engine leak as well as water pump & the coolant of my Mercedes Benz S550. Very happy with the professionalism used in my situation applied in bringing this vehicle to them there. The knowledge of my advisor & her expertise in the matter. Very happy with the end result of the repairs & what I had to pay out of pocket. More
THE worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. I purchased an $82,000 2022 GLE 450. It took them over a month to pay off our BMW trade in while the expected time for AutoNation is 10 days. No apology from the manager, nothing from him even though we emailed him a couple of times asking him to expedite the resolution of this screw up. We are the ones who told them about the problem. The finance guy actually accused me of lying when I called him. We had prove it by showing them our BMW account. AND we had to continue contacting them to get it corrected. There was no follow up from them without us asking for an update. They had sent it to the wrong address. BMW Financial isn't a hard one to get right.... Also, we found out the first night that one of the taillights wasn't working so I brought it in back the following day they were open (skipped weekend). Instead of offering to replace the little bulb right then, they wanted me to leave it to get in line for who knows how long. Only after I threatened to take back my trade and cancel the purchase they discovered they had time to fix it and it was done in 30 minutes. Worst customer service, worst management I've ever encountered. This is an AutoNation dealership and this was our 6th car to buy from an AutoNation dealer in the last 7 or 8 years -- all more than $45,000. You'd think that would matter, apparently it doesn't. Never again. Thank goodness we have discovered Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands. This dealership should take lessons from MBOTW. More
My experience yesterday was with the service department. I cannot speak too highly of Carlos Trevino, my service person. I’m 89 years old; I drive a 2014 E 350 and I need this car to last. Since I moved to I cannot speak too highly of Carlos Trevino, my service person. I’m 89 years old; I drive a 2014 E 350 and I need this car to last. Since I moved to this area, Carlos has been that person. I trust him. The service area is well staffed, competent, friendly and helpful. Recommend them highly. More
