At this point I feel like i been giving the run around. I feel like the dealership sold me a wreck car and cover it up. I was told by a sales manager name Ace that it would be taken care of. Go to the dealership to be told to wait to talk to Luka are Max the managers that were there. They pretty much was acting like they had zero clue about it. After being told to wait and then be told that they wasn't coming out at all to talk to me. Haven't had the car 2 months and now the a/c has went out and no a/c here in houston is no good. So on my first review i was told to call and talk to the General Manager to be told that he wouldn't be in until Thursday. Call on thursday as instructed to be told today that he's out for the week. This is no way for anyone who spends good money with a mercedes dealership to be treated as such. At this point i'm a very upset to have bought a car that i thought i would enjoy to not enjoy at all. I won't stop until this matter is resolved. More

This is my second lease and I plan on having a standing date every 36-months. Impeccable customer service, immaculate facility, and the most stress-free leasing/buying experience. What I appreciate so much is the leasing experience from 2020 was identical to 2022. They have a congruent business practice, and very little attrition. That helps in delivering a consistent product and customer experience. Dale and Ace do everything they can to earn your business, they are not pushy, nor do they pressure. Frank made financing a breeze. As a female going into a car dealership, I have had plenty of bad experiences. Mercedes-Benz of North Houston erased those bad experiences and restored my faith in car dealerships. The Mercedes-Benz product sells itself and you definitely get what you pay for.
