Travis was phenomenal. It's definitely not the norm to buy a Ford at a Mercedes dealership, but he helped me regardless and kept me updated throughout the whole process! I had a low pressure warning at the left rear tire late last year. Took it in and the service advisor informed me there was no leak. He said it was weather related false alarm. The warning light persist last year. Took it in and the service advisor informed me there was no leak. He said it was weather related false alarm. The warning light persisted and I finally took it back in February this year. This time they confirmed there was a leak, but by then the warranty on the tire had expired. The advisor ( Isiah) insisted this leak was not related to the previous finding. I bought a tire from them and paid $260. A price check at Discount Tire was $180. I switched to another service advisor (Natalie) when I took the car in for service last week. I hope it will work better. By the way the labor cost at this place is $260 per hour. I think it is too high, but would like to get feedbacks what is the typical labor rate at Mercedes. More
