ACE & Frank are great and caring individuals it is the second car I purchased from them. And will use the in future But the salesman I had BEN this time was awful, to start with I asked the code sheet a second car I purchased from them. And will use the in future But the salesman I had BEN this time was awful, to start with I asked the code sheet and told him I did not see the Dashcam, he told me there was one and car has items that are not put on the Code sheet, he pointed the front facing camera. FALSE. The car does not have Dashcam. The front facing camera is used for that purpose but requires other hardware and is purchase option. When we into Finance to see Frank, he told Ben to remove the tags, and get the car new clean and ready. When were done with Frank and when to get the car the tags where still on and the Bird Dropping where still on hood. He told it just happen FALSE. I waked by the car on the way into the dealership and the bird dropping were there. He called some to wipe it off. Then started to remove the tags and when he removed the front tag gave me the tag with the mount still attached. I told the new owner was going to need it, also it mounts with screw going through the front grill so, the holes were visible in the grill. When I got home found I did not have me home keys. He took my key to my car to have it appraised and never removed my home keys. More
