Horrible experience. I went to the dealership simply for an oil change, which was covered in my warranty, but was pushed by a very rude staff member, Michael Huerta, to p I went to the dealership simply for an oil change, which was covered in my warranty, but was pushed by a very rude staff member, Michael Huerta, to pay for services I did not need. I stated multiple times that it was not necessary over the duration of an 18 minute phone call. That was after being pushed in the dealership as well. I was told to pay $600+ to cover services that should have been covered in my warranty. This dealership causes many problems every time I go so I would recommend looking elsewhere if deciding to purchase a vehicle. More
