I've never experienced this level of unprofessional behavior from any dealership in over 30 years of purchasing cars. I have purchased more than five luxury vehicles through AutoNation dealerships, but behavior from any dealership in over 30 years of purchasing cars. I have purchased more than five luxury vehicles through AutoNation dealerships, but I've never experienced a more incompetent series of managers than at Mercedes-Benz North. They have an indifference to the poor customer customer service eperience. They leased me a defective car. They failed multiple attempts to make even the simplest repair. They had an inability to order a simple part, which ultimately took months to have them actually order the correct part. The car has had repeated systemwide malfunctions of its software and has spent two months in a service shop in the five months that I've been in possession of the car. Every offer made to me by the general sales manager and the general service manager was either ignored or incompetently managed. I would never recommend this dealership to friends or colleagues because of the unprofessional managers and poor customer service. It has been a nightmare. I have details if anyone is interested.
