Nestor also arranged transportation to from and back to the dealership. I hope to work with Nestor the next time I come to the dealership. I do not know their names, but also want to recognize the technicians who performed a detailed inspection of the car. They found and resolved the issue with my roof and other items needing attention. It sucks! ! During this last visit the person helping me gave vague information regarding my car needs. I had come to have the Dash Board light replaced, so tha ! During this last visit the person helping me gave vague information regarding my car needs. I had come to have the Dash Board light replaced, so that l could have my car inspected for the car inspection sticker, however, l was asked if l could pay$1,000.00 and that my car would be inspected at dealership. I was told l would get my sticker at the dealership. "We can do that here". I said l could pay $1,000.00. The he started naming other things my car needed, like tires, ect, and that that would cost more. I informed him that my tires are relatively new and that they are serviced near where l live. I paid for services supposedly received and discovered my car did not get a current sticker as he claimed it would. I question whether l even received the services l was suppose to have received. More
