In the beginning of a month-long road trip, we brought our new MB Sprinter van 2500 in with a Check Engine light and a rare DPF (Emission) part malfunction. This part was back ordered in the U.S. by months and no dealers had it. Somehow our Service Advisor Michael Huerta and the Parts team located the part within days and got us on our way. We can't thank them enough for taking care of us and their professionalsm. They also fixed a hood issue (done by me the owner) and the charges were VERY reasonable which was unusual for a MB dealership. I had some damage done to my car at a detailing shop in Houston TX on a Saturday. While there, too, the Sales manager and staff consistently touch base to ensure nobody is waiting and everybody is doing well, as we were there on one of their busiest days when they sold many cars. Nobody seemed frustrated that day as everybody was well attended to in their beautiful showroom and lounge. All I can say is they do things right from follow-up to closing a deal.
