I had some damage done to my car at a detailing shop in Houston TX on a Saturday. I took my car in that Saturday for an estimate @ 5pm knowing they closed the service department at 5pm but my service advi Houston TX on a Saturday. While there, too, the Sales manager and staff consistently touch base to ensure nobody is waiting and everybody is doing well, as we were there on one of their busiest days when they sold many cars. Nobody seemed frustrated that day as everybody was well attended to in their beautiful showroom and lounge. All I can say is they do things right from follow-up to closing a deal.
