Warren Ishii is amazing! I made special arrangements with Warren Ishii to drop my car off late and pick it up the next day on my way to work. Warren was waiting for me and expedited my loaner. I was in and out within minutes. I was notified the next day by Warren that my car was completed, ready, and waiting. When I arrived, Warren had my car parked conveniently, washed, and ready. He had the paper work for my signature ready for me, and I was in and out in 5 minutes. He even held open my door and waved as I departed. Wow, where do you ever find that kind of efficiency and service in this day and age. My car is pretty much problem free but I am almost regretting it as I want to experience more of this kind of "Warren Ishii Service"! (The young lady who handles the loaners is also a superstar!
