Excellent worrk but took a long time Craig Hironaka did a wonderful job in getting my car worked on. He kept me updated about my car and even went as far as getting me a loaner while my car was being serviced,I didn't expect to get a loaner because it was fairly busy,but Kimo happily accommodated me with one, with that being done I was able to get on with my day,make it to a doctors appointment and my boys were able to go to football practice. Thank you again Kimo for all your help! More

Part of that great service was provided by the young lady that handles the loaner cars, I'm sorry I cant remember her name but she is ALWAYS ready to go. Craig Hironaka is my service adviser and he also is always ready to go with outstanding customer service. That being said the rest of my experience is less than great, its down right terrible!!! This is what I see from my side. I see you taking in car after car after car and I'm not sure if these people have to wait as long as I have had to wait but if they do I'm sorry for all of them. I have not and continue to not understand why it ALWAYS, ALWAYS takes so long. I guess when you have a Monopoly on sales and service of M. B. we are just expected to wait. We are a captured customer once they have our car. I have waited as long as three weeks plus, not just once but several times. I recently waited 15 day for four light bulbs to be changed. Then when they are completely finished they return a car that looks like it has been sitting in the corner for weeks. Which it probably was. I'm referring to the car wash. If you cant do it right (they have never been right) then just don't do It. If you want to throw in a courtesy car wash, do it right !! I would feel a little less negativity towards the whole thing , the waiting issue, if I was presented with a clean car. after all I brought it in clean That would lessen the pain of waiting and the paying. PRICES ARE ABSOLUTLY REDICULESS. When there is no other place to go I guess you just have to cough it up no matter how crazy. In closing I want to say again that Craig Hironaka , my service adviser, does it all right . so much better than the lady adviser I once had. The only reason I keep coming back is because of Craig. if not for him I'm gone. Last of all is I hate when I get my car back and the seats,mirrors and radio have all been changed More
